We’re very proud of our products and we really hope you’ll like them. That said, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, hassle free, because we understand how hard it is to choose from so many options! Once your order arrives, you may return it within 30 days. All we ask is that you send the product back in the same condition you received it, in its original box or packaging.

We hope you’ll understand that delivery costs are very high. We want you to feel at ease to return the product, so we are willing to share a portion of that cost. Our return shipping fee is 30% of the cost of the items being returned. Contact us directly to find out how to proceed.

Sale items may not be refundable; if this is the case, it will be clearly indicated on the product page… no worries!

Was your order damaged?

We really hope this doesn't happen, because we put so much effort into testing and certifying our packaging to make sure your products are well protected in transit! Unfortunately, it’s out of our hands. When you open the box, look the merchandise over carefully and contact us if you find any broken parts.

Oh, no! Missing parts!

We don’t like this either, but it happens. If your order is missing parts, contact us and we’ll help you solve the problem in no time.

Cancelling an order

Did you change your mind? That’s too bad, but it can happen! There’s just one small hitch: We can’t cancel an order if it’s already been shipped. And because we’re always working so hard to get your products out to you as soon as possible, there’s a good chance your order is already on its way. It’s hard for us to give you an idea of how long it may take before your shipment leaves, because there are various factors in play, but we’ll always do everything we can to help you cancel your order. The best and fastest way to do it is to call us directly!
